We hope that you are over the moon with your purchase, however we understand that there might be times you want to return something. If you are not completely satisfied please send your return to us within 30 days of purchase, with tag attached where applicable and unused, and we will be happy to issue a refund, exchange or repair.
We can only refund delivery costs where an item is faulty or an error has been made on our part. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service or retain proof of posting as we can not be held responsible for items that get lost on their way back to us. If you are returning a framed picture please contact us and we will arrange for collection from you.

If you are returning an item you have bought from our shop and you wish to exchange it then a postage charge will be applicable unless the item was faulty. If there is a price difference you will need to contact us in order to pay the difference or for us to refund this to you. Due to the personalised nature of our goods we are unable to offer refunds if the product is not to your liking or you have changed your mind. If you have made an error we cannot re-work the item or re-use it and therefore cannot offer a refund or credit.
