Delivery Information & Returns
We aim to send all orders out within 5 working days of receipt. However at busy times it can take us a little bit longer. If you need your order for a special occasion then let us know and we will do our best to get it to you on time. Delivery method (Please note if Royal Mail strike action threatens to affect delivery services we will switch to a courier service to get orders to you.)
Orders under £20 are sent by first class delivery with the Royal Mail and should reach you in 1-3 days. All orders over £20 are sent by “Recorded Delivery” with the Royal Mail and should take 1-3 days to reach you. Overseas orders under £20 are sent by airmail and should take 3-5 days for Europe and 5-7 days for the rest of the world. Overseas orders over £20 are sent by “International Signed for” with the Royal Mail and should take 3-5 days for Europe and 5-7 days for the rest of the world. Recorded and signed for orders will require a signature. Tracking numbers available upon request. If you require ‘next day’ delivery this may be possible but you will need to order by phone on 01736 795494. Next day delivery will be charged at a flat rate of £7.95, UK only. Not possible on Saturday delivery.
Items lost in transit
Orders sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery are subject to Royal Mail terms. Parcels are not considered lost/ missing by the Royal Mail until 15 working days after the sending date. We are therefore unable to resend or refund for orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the order sending date. Tracking information is available upon request.
Free shipping is offered on all UK orders over £30.00. All orders below £30 are subject to a £3.95 shipping fee. Overseas orders are charged at a flat rate of £9 for Europe and £13 Worldwide.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not please return it to us within 30 days and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase. We cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost on their way to us. If returning a product to us please retain proof of posting.
Where a free delivery code exists please note you will need to enter the delivery postcode and obtain a shipping quote before you can enter the free delivery code, it is a quirk we are working to fix! Once you have entered the code you will then need to manually select the free delivery quote below the 'get a quote' button before you proceed to checkout.
